RANDY BAITCHER - Chairman of our Advisory Board has more than seventeen years of in-depth, "hands on" sales, marketing and management experience, of which the last seven have focused on the entire suite of the PeopleSoft product line. His range of expertise includes HRMS (HCM), Financials, CRM, Manufacturing and Supply Chain/Distribution modules. (Versions 5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8.0, 8.3, 8.4, 8.8, 8.9 & 9.0). He has been responsible for major sales in Oracle/PeopleSoft's HRMS (HCM) Payroll, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, "E" module product line, and has enjoyed wider sales success within the Oracle/PeopleSoft's Financial Suite, Supply Chain/ Manufacturing Distribution modules and CRM (previous Vantive product). He has recent experience with EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) and has handled numerous Version 7.5 to 8.0/ 8.4/ 8.8, 8.9 upgrades, implementations, and conversions.
Randy is an excellent communicator with a proven track record in recruiting, training, deploying and managing teams for major accounts. He has a strong background in call centers, and has extensive knowledge of the financial services sector.

ANTHONY K. MANUEL - OFFSHORE SOURCING ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR, India Operations

Anthony K. Manuel with a Bachelors Degree in computer Science from Chennai, India. He was trained /certified by the Best One Recruiting Methodology. With a total of 7+ years in the US/India offshore IT staffing Industry, we are privileged to have him manage the Offshore operations from India, Asia Pacific region. This will enable PeopleSoft Staff IT to provide diversity and to extend our tentacles thru-out the globe recruiting highly talented SAP resources. Anthony is not only an SAP staffing specialist but also has experience on numerous IT platforms including but not limited to Microsoft Windows/Sun/Linux. Being a Computer Science graduate, He is able to understand the various technical aspects of the IT skilled resources available in the market to match up exactly with my client's requirements. He will be heading up ALL of our sourcing resources and researchers in Chennai, India as well as fulfilling actual staffing assignments (full life cycle recruiting) for local clients in India (i.e.: Wipro Technologies).

TARA KRÖNEN - PEOPLESOFT SOURCING SPECIALIST / Corporate Office Seattle, WA

Tara will be one our front line internet/job posting sourcing representatives. She will source the internet, make initial contacts and identify SAP technical prospective candidates and bring them into our candidate pool. Her responsibilities will be scheduling technical assessments and maintain our extensive database. She will be dedicating countless hours to this task 7 days a week to insure we uncover every talented prospective candidate, which will be a great benefit to you our client and will support our account SAP Practice Leads. She was trained /certified by the Best One Recruiting Methodology. She will be assigned to specific client engagements and be solely owned/engaged by those client engagement initiatives.
